Paul Rasmusson

Paul Rasmusson is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and strategy development. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Avidicare, Paul oversees various functions including R&D, RAQA, customer project management, service, purchasing, and logistics. In addition to this role, Paul is the Founder and Owner of PARACO AB, providing senior support on strategy and management for companies. Previous experience includes senior leadership roles at Stryker, where Paul directed transformation and planning in the EMEA region, as well as supply chain and operations management at Physio-Control. Paul’s career also features significant consulting roles, academic lectureship, and a PhD in Business Administration with a focus on strategic management and e-business from Lund University.
