Currently, Laura serves as the Group Talent Management Partner at Avidity, where Laura is the main point of contact for Senior Leadership and niche skillset vacancies. Laura's educational background includes a BA Hons 2:1 in Business Management and Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University.
