Sean Traynor is a Learning And Development Specialist at Avidity since July 2024, with a robust creative background as a Creative Director at tinyshoe.xyz since September 2012, where Sean has developed branding solutions and built a community across platforms like Twitch and Instagram. Previously, as a Content Specialist at McCurrach from May 2021 to July 2024, Sean led an award-winning brand advocacy program recognized in multiple prestigious awards. Sean's career at Dixons Carphone spanned nearly a decade, where roles progressed from Sales Advisor to Sales Manager, focused on management, sales performance, and colleague development. Sean holds an NQ in Design and Digital Media from Carnegie College and completed education at St. Columba's High School.
