Navjot R. has extensive experience in corporate communications and investor relations. They currently hold the position of Executive Director of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations at Avidity Biosciences, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Communications Consultant at NewLight PR & Marketing Communications starting in November 2021.

Later, Navjot pursued an MBA degree in Marketing from the USC Marshall School of Business, where the program lasted from 2001 to 2004. Following that, Navjot also obtained another MBA degree, this time in Business, from HEC Paris in 2004.
