Heather McIvor

Heather McIvor is a seasoned project manager and account manager with extensive experience in implementation and customer relations. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Project Manager at AvidXchange, Inc. since December 2017, Heather has progressed through various roles, including Implementation Project Manager II and Project Manager. Prior to AvidXchange, experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Ariett, where responsibilities involved converting customers to enterprise-level SaaS agreements and managing contract renewals. Heather has also held sales and administrative roles at companies such as WD, Arkeia Software, Harte Hanks, and Target, consistently demonstrating strong sales performance and a commitment to customer retention. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Roger Williams University and has a background in international education from the University of Wollongong.
