Ravi Kallepalli

Ravi Kallepalli currently serves as Vice President and Controller at AvidXchange, Inc., overseeing all aspects of the Controllers group, including accounting, revenue operations, and SEC reporting, since December 2020. Prior to this role, Ravi held the position of Senior Manager in Financial Accounting Advisory Services at EY, where significant experience was gained in advising clients on various accounting and financial reporting matters. Ravi's extensive background includes roles at General Motors, where responsibilities ranged from Treasury Technical Accounting to Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, and includes contributions to significant accounting transformations and compliance initiatives. Earlier experiences include leadership in Sarbanes-Oxley programs at Delphi Corporation and internal audit management at CSC Covansys Corporation. Ravi began a career in research analysis at Deutsche Bank and spent several years providing audit and advisory services at Ernst & Young. Ravi holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Wayne State University.
