Taishi Sato

Taishi Sato has been working in the engineering field since 2015. Taishi began their career as a Research Assistant at DebriSat. In 2017, they were a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at The Tech Toybox, where they were involved in manufacturing proof-of-concept prototypes for clients and led the budget and production approach for a motorized drift trike project. In 2018, they joined AerSale, Inc. as a Mechanical Project Engineer, where they designed tools and test equipment for the repair/overhaul of aircraft components using CAD software, generated technical reports, supplemental manuals, and tooling/equipment documentation per FAA standards, and provided hands-on support for technicians by troubleshooting issues, preparing new training procedures, and supervising tests of flight-critical components. Taishi is currently employed as a Mechanical Engineer at Avidyne.

Taishi Sato earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida between 2013 and 2017.
