Wallace Melick

Wallace Melick has been working in Human Resources since 2003. Wallace began their career at Heinz Frozen Foods as a Human Resource Recruiter, where they re-invented and implemented new recruitment, staffing, and workforce development programs. Wallace then moved to Lamb Weston in 2014, where they served as a Human Resources- HR Recruiter/Operation Support Specialist. In this role, they managed hiring and communications in-house, and used LinkedIn and Indeed to find qualified candidates. In 2020, they joined Premier Technology Inc. as an HR Recruiter, and is currently employed as a Senior Recruiter at Avidyne since 2022.
