Venkatesh Palabatla

Venkatesh Palabatla has extensive work experience in various human resource roles. Venkatesh is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Avineon. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Perpetuity Solutions Pvt Ltd and the Group Chief Human Resource Officer at Nava Bharat Ventures Limited.

Venkatesh has also held leadership positions in notable companies such as GMR Hyderabad International Airport Limited, Ingersoll Rand International (India) Ltd, Faurecia Automotive Seating, and Strides Arcolab Limited. In these roles, they successfully implemented human resources strategies, managed talent acquisition and retention, and oversaw various HR functions.

Their career started in 1988 at Procter & Gamble, where they worked as an Officer in Personnel. Overall, Venkatesh has demonstrated their expertise in human resources throughout their career, making valuable contributions to the companies they have worked for.

Venkatesh Palabatla completed their Bachelor of Social Work degree from Colleg of Social Work in 1986. Venkatesh then pursued a Master of Social Work degree in IR & PM from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, which they completed in 1988. In 2017-2018, Venkatesh attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad for an Executive Strategy Human Resource Management program. Venkatesh has also obtained various certifications, including Qualified Independent Director by The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India in 2020 and Certified COACH in 2013. Additionally, they have completed several online courses on topics such as coaching, leadership, and HR strategy. In 2010, they completed an Executive Management Programme at Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan, Bangalore.
