Regina Willis

Regina Willis is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Emerson since December 2014, Regina has held various roles including Director of HR and Sr. HR Business Partner, where responsibilities include advising leadership on organizational initiatives, developing HR strategies, and managing employee relations. Prior to Emerson, Regina served as HR Leader at GE Oil & Gas and held positions at Dresser Wayne, Manpower, Kelly Services, and Dell, demonstrating a strong background in employee engagement, performance management, and strategic HR partnership. Regina holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development from Abilene Christian University and certifications in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Texas McCombs School of Business.
