Omar Kalifa

Omar Kalifa has a diverse work experience in the fields of information security, consulting, and operations. Omar started their career at Hi-Tech PMR as an Operations Associate in May 2012 and served in that role until November 2013. From December 2013 to July 2014, they worked as an Information Security Consultant at Reach Systems Inc. Following this, they joined ArdentMC as a Network Operations Center Analyst in July 2014 and continued in that position until December 2015. Starting in January 2016, Omar joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate and held that role until January 2020. Most recently, they have been working at Avint since January 2020, first as a Principal/Director and currently as the Chief Information Security Officer since May 2022.

Omar Kalifa has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Stratford University, which they completed in 2014. Omar also holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College, which they obtained in 2004. In addition to their degrees, Omar has certifications in MCTS from Microsoft and Security+ from CompTIA, though the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
