The Head of Commercial strategizes and oversees the company's sales and market expansion; the Head of Engineering directs the design and development of propulsion systems and space launchers; the Head of Quality ensures that all products meet stringent industry standards; the Head of Human Resources & Organization manages talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development; and the Head of Communications & External Relations handles public relations, external communications, and collaborations with institutions such as the European Space Agency (ESA).
