Francesco Betti

Francesco Betti is the current Head of Quality at Avio. Francesco has previous experience as the Establishment Director at Europropulsion SA, Head of Design Department at Avio S.p.A., and Head of Composite Component Design Section in the Design Department of Space Division at Avio S.p.A. Francesco Betti has also been the Chief Engineer of Zefiro 9 Solid Rocket Motor and composite cases and composite structures development at Avio S.p.A.. Prior to their current position, they were a structural engineer at Avio S.p.A and the European Space Agency - ESTEC.

Francesco Betti received their Laurea in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. Francesco's field of study was aeronautics, structures, and aerodynamics.

Francesco Betti works with Sergio Colabucci - Head of Procurement, Francesco de Lorenzo - Head of Communications & External Relations, and Maurizio Cutroni - Head of Commercial. Francesco Betti reports to Giulio Ranzo, CEO.
