Chris Roijens

Chris Roijens has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chris began their career in 2014 at PwC Belgium, where they worked as an Associate for two years before being promoted to Senior Associate. In 2018, Chris transitioned to Autoneum as an IT System Administrator, where they remained until 2020. During this time, they gained valuable experience in IT administration. In 2020, Chris joined Appsys ICT Group as a Support Engineer before moving on to Hogeschool PXL as a Lecturer later that year. Most recently, Chris is currently employed at AVIOBOOK, where they started as an IT Admin in July 2021 and was later promoted to Lead IT Admin in October 2022. Overall, their work experience showcases a strong background in IT administration and a progression in roles and responsibilities throughout their career.

Chris Roijens has a diverse education history in the field of computer and cyber crime. In 2009, they began their studies at Hogeschool PXL, where they pursued a degree in Applied Computer Science with a focus on System and Network Administration. Chris successfully completed this program in 2012.

During the same year, in 2012, Chris had the opportunity to study abroad as an exchange student at Northwest Missouri State University. Chris participated in a one-semester program focused on Network and System Administration/Administration.

Following their time at Northwest Missouri State University, Chris enrolled at HOWEST - Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen in 2013. Chris pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Cyber Crime Professional, which they obtained in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Chris has also obtained several certifications. In April 2017, they completed the Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator v9 certification program offered by EC-Council. This certification demonstrates their expertise in investigating computer-related crimes.

Most recently, in May 2021, Chris obtained the CyberOps Associate certification from Cisco, further solidifying their proficiency in cyber security and operations.
