Eray Kurum

Eray Kurum is a highly experienced aviation professional with a comprehensive background in aircraft maintenance and engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Base Maintenance at Avion Express since August 2023, Kurum previously worked at KRM Aviation LLC as an Aircraft Technical Consultant, where over 60 redelivery and delivery projects were successfully completed. With a decade-long tenure at Pegasus Airlines as Base Maintenance Manager and Planning Leader, Kurum managed heavy maintenance checks for a diverse fleet of 91 aircraft. Additional expertise was gained as a Senior Airframe Systems Engineer at Tailwind Airlines, and as a Chief Aircraft Systems Engineer at My Technic Aircraft MRO Services, among other roles. Kurum graduated in Aircraft Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2000.
