Joe Gilhooly

Joe Gilhooly has over 30 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Joe has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Market Access at Avion Pharmaceuticals, Senior Director of Managed Care and Trade at Tris Pharma, and Senior Director of Managed Care at Amarin Pharma Inc. Joe has a proven record of building market access teams and executing market access launch and pricing strategies across commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and government markets. Joe is skilled in strategic brand planning, patient access initiatives, and integrating payer strategies. Joe has also worked as a freelance pharmaceutical/biotechnology consultant, creating managed markets strategies and developing push and pull through tools for clients. Joe has extensive experience in managed care marketing, budget management, and training and development.

Joe Gilhooly completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from Kean University from 1987 to 1990.
