Challin Baro

Challin is responsible for Avionos’ marketing and communications strategy, partner marketing, and overall brand awareness. She drives the company’s brand strategy, positioning, marketing campaigns, content and thought leadership efforts. As a member of Avionos’ Senior Leadership Team, she also oversees employee communications and engagement.

Prior to joining Avionos in 2018, Challin served as head of PR for San Francisco startup Good&Co, marketing director for TechNexus Venture Collaborative, and account supervisor for B2B technology clients at Edelman (Chicago) and Lewis (San Diego). She loves helping startups and Fortune 500 brands alike solve their toughest marketing challenges.

Challin is also a chair for Women Tech Founders, on the board of Embolden & Co, and is an active member of Avionos Women’s Leadership Network.
