Abhay Jha

Abhay Jha is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the microfinance sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Aviral Finance P Limited since April 2024, Abhay manages the entire MFI business in JH. Prior to this role, Abhay held the position of Manager at Svamaan Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. from February 2022 to April 2024 and served as Regional Manager at Belstar Microfinance Limited. Additionally, Abhay built a foundation in the industry as Area Manager at Fusion Microfinance, Branch Manager at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, and held dual roles as Credit Manager and Operations Assistant at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank earlier in the career.
