Giovanni Lucernoni

Giovanni Lucernoni has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Giovanni is currently working as the Head of Financial Control (temporary manager) at Avis Budget Group since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the CFO at Azienda from April 2021 to September 2022.

In their previous roles, Giovanni worked as a Senior Financial Controller at Twentieth Century Fox from January 2019 to June 2020. During this time, they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.

Before that, they served as a Finance Manager at Kao Corporation for a significant period of time (July 2003 to June 2018). In this role, they played a key role in the company's transformation, including the implementation of SAP and the relocation of the Italian headquarters. Giovanni also worked closely with the CEO in implementing the new organizational strategy.

Prior to Kao Corporation, Giovanni worked as the Responsabile Amministrativo at Soa Azzurra 2000 SpA from November 1999 to June 2003, and as a controlling assistant at AIM Group International in 2000.

Giovanni Lucernoni completed a Master's in Business Administration at ISTAO in 1998-1999. Additionally, they earned a Professional degree in Economics and Commerce from Università degli Studi di Ancona.
