At Avis Budget Group, Stuart served as the Senior Director, Total Rewards, HR Data & Analytics, Global. In this role, they provided strategic HR support at various leadership levels, developed and implemented performance management systems, and created HR dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
Prior to this, Stuart held the position of Senior Director, Total Rewards in both global and international capacities. Stuart was responsible for managing total rewards programs and ensuring their alignment with business goals.
Before joining Avis Budget Group, Stuart worked at Diageo as the Head of Marketing Finance for Europe. In this role, they oversaw annual planning and performance management of marketing spend, as well as provided financial guidance to the Europe Marketing & Innovation Director.
Stuart also gained valuable experience at Direct Wines, where they held the position of Head of Commercial Finance, managing the P&L for the UK. Additionally, they served as Group Head of Decision Support, where they coordinated financial planning and reporting for a global business.
Early in their career, Stuart worked at Waitrose as a Senior Strategy Analyst and Business Analyst in Commercial Finance. Stuart also held a role as a Section Manager at both Waitrose and Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd.

Stuart Marlow completed a BSc Hons degree in Mathematics at the University of Nottingham from 2002 to 2005. Stuart then pursued a qualification in Management Accountancy (CIMA) from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, earning an ACMA CGMA degree from 2007 to 2010. In 2019, Stuart Marlow attended the Henley Business School for a Leadership Programme. Prior to their university education, they attended Tiffin Boys School from 1995 to 2002.
