Andreas Taprantzis

Andreas Taprantzis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Avis Greece since November 2014, Andreas has held significant positions including Executive Director at the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund, Chairman of the Postal Operational Council at the Universal Postal Union, and Deputy CEO at T Bank. With a strong background in the postal and banking industries, Andreas has also served as CEO of Hellenic Post and has been involved with the International Post Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the National Technical University of Athens, an Executive MBA from INSEAD, and various advanced management training from INSEAD and Athens University of Economics and Business.
