Chris van der Westhuizen

Chris Van Der Westhuizen has extensive experience in the fleet management and leasing operations sectors, currently serving as Acting Executive of Leasing Operations at Avis Fleet since April 1987, where responsibilities also include overseeing Private Sector sales management. Additionally, Chris has been the General Manager for Coastal operations at Avis Fleet Services since April 1988, managing sales and operations in the KZN and Western Cape Regions. Prior experience includes serving as Branch Admin Manager at Nedbank Corporate Banking from January 1979 to June 1987, handling administration and credit assessments, and working as a Credit Controller at Stannic Fleet Management briefly in 1986. Chris holds a Matric qualification from Afrikaans Hoer Skool, Lambton, Germiston, completed in 1976.
