Lawrence Fox

Lawrence (Larry) Fox is a seasoned lawyer with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as a Shareholder at Avisen Legal since August 2017. At Avisen Legal, Larry specializes in areas such as outside general counsel services, complex business agreements, company formation, mergers and acquisitions, technology commercialization, trademark prosecution, and Opportunity Zone development projects. Previously, Larry owned the Law Office of Lawrence S. Fox from April 2009 to May 2017 and served as General Counsel and Secretary at NatureWorks LLC from 2003 to 2009. Larry's experience also includes roles as Senior Attorney at Intel and Associate at Covington & Burling, covering both complex commercial litigation and corporate transactional practices. Larry holds a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
