Alexia Vitaljic has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Alexia currently holds the position of Vice President, People & Culture at Aviso Wealth since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, Total Rewards & HR Systems at Aviso Wealth from May 2020 to August 2023. Alexia also worked at Credential from 2007 to 2018, where they held various positions including Senior Manager, Human Resources and Manager, Human Resources. Before that, they worked at Business Objects as an HRIS Coordinator, USA & Latin America Lead in 2006, and at Credential Financial Inc./The Ethical Funds Company as an HR Advisor from 2001 to 2006. Their experience encompasses a wide range of HR responsibilities, including people and culture, total rewards and HR systems, HR administration, job evaluation and analysis, and HRIS coordination.

Alexia Vitaljic is currently pursuing a degree at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended Douglas College, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. In terms of certifications, Alexia has obtained Excel Essential Training from LinkedIn in 2021.
