Manisha Raghuvanshi

Manisha Raghuvanshi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Manisha began their career as a Summer Intern at Indian Oil Corp Limited in 2011. Manisha then worked as a Project Analyst at Akruti tech solutions from 2011 to 2012.

In 2012, Manisha joined HCL Technologies and held multiple positions, including Analyst and Senior Executive. Manisha successfully managed various transformation and business-as-usual (BAU) projects, focusing on data center migration, infrastructure builds, and HR transformation. Manisha also oversaw project delivery and integration with ServiceNow.

In 2016, Manisha became Deputy Manager at HCL Technologies, where they planned, executed, and monitored program and projects on a turnkey basis. Manisha ensured successful knowledge transfer and completed infrastructure transitions for various tracks.

In 2017, Manisha was promoted to Manager at HCL Technologies and continued to excel in their role. Manisha managed multiple transformation and BAU projects, including HRIS Transformation Program and integration with ServiceNow.

In 2018, Manisha joined CIBC Mellon as Director, Service Governance, Information Technology. Manisha was responsible for IT governance, compliance, and strategy planning. Manisha also provided leadership in the development and management of application portfolios.

Most recently, in 2022, Manisha joined Aviso Wealth as Director, Service Delivery & Operational Governance. Manisha'sresponsibilities in this role include overseeing service delivery and operational governance.

Throughout their career, Manisha has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects, lead teams, and deliver results, particularly in the financial industry.

Manisha Raghuvanshi completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they received their schooling in Science from City Montessori School in 2005-2006. Manisha has also obtained several certifications including Leading a PMO from LinkedIn, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, ITIL V3 from EXIN, and PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Certification from PeopleCert.
