Donald helped them experience similar results, such as a 10% increase in appointments, a 10% increase in seller quota attainment, and a 75% increase in true SFDC adoption rate.

Thanks to Donald's efforts, Tact.ai was able to achieve a 25% reduction in admin time, equivalent to a 13 month selling year. There was also a significant increase in the quality of data recorded after EVERY seller interaction.

Donald is currently with Aviso, where they serve as the VP of Strategic Accounts. Donald continues to use their expertise to help companies increase their sales productivity and attain their goals.

Donald Carpenter studied behavioral sciences at the University of Maryland, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
