John Dolan

John Dolan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both real estate and sports entertainment. Currently serving as Principal & Managing Director for New England at Avison Young since February 2021, John previously held senior roles at McCall & Almy and Colliers International, where responsibilities included managing landlord accounts and business development. In the sports sector, John has been the Public Address Announcer for the Boston Bruins since April 2006 and for the New York Knicks from 2013 to 2019. John Dolan holds an MBA from Providence College and a BA in History, also from Providence College, further complemented by early roles in athletics media relations and sports information.
