Reid J. Berch

Reid J. Berch is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in industrial, office, and commercial brokerage. Currently a Principal at Avison Young since May 2016, Berch previously served as Executive Vice President at JLL, where Reid J. co-led the Long Island Industrial Team. Earlier roles include Senior Director/Partner at Corporate National Realty and Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where Berch achieved significant milestones, including membership in the Million Dollar Club. Berch began their career as a Sales Associate at CBRE, focusing on the Queens and JFK market. Reid J.
