Steven Kohn

Steven Kohn is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Principal at Avison Young since September 2019, specializing in cutting-edge technology and capabilities in the industry. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Senior Vice President at Colliers International from 1997 to August 2019, where expertise was applied in the sale and leasing of industrial real estate across North America. Steven’s experience also includes serving as Co Publisher at Blue Line Publishing from 1992 to 1997, where a unique publication combining a passion for hockey and marketing was developed. Earlier, Steven worked as Sales and Marketing Director at American Lenders Service Company from 1988 to 1992, focusing on customer acquisition and asset disposition.
