Kevin Wilson

Kevin Wilson is an accomplished professional in the real estate sector, serving as Vice President of Retail Leasing at Avison Young since March 2021. As President of RDC Investment Corporation, a boutique real estate development firm established in 1990, Kevin has overseen the completion of over 30 retail projects for both national and international clients. Kevin's extensive experience includes founding and leading Darton Advisors and Property Managers Inc., as well as Darton Realty Inc. and Darton Development Inc. from 1985 to 2001, where the company expanded significantly under Kevin's leadership. Earlier in Kevin's career, key roles included General Manager at Ivanhoe Cambridge Shopping Centers from 1979 to 1984, where Kevin was recognized for transforming challenging projects. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Carleton University, earned between 1969 and 1972.
