Shaun Leverock

Shaun Leverock is an experienced Building Superintendent with a career spanning over two decades in facility management. Currently employed at Avison Young since January 2016, Shaun has previously held similar positions at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank from October 2007 to December 2015, and served as a Maintenance Mechanic at Bowne from August 1998 to October 2007. Shaun's expertise includes maintaining HVAC equipment, conducting plumbing repairs, performing electrical work, painting, and managing staff. Shaun graduated from Richmond Hill High School in 1998.
