Viviana Avendaño

Viviana Avendaño has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Viviana is currently the Business Owner at Avista Colombia since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at AlphaCredit as a QA Standard, responsible for test planning, design, and execution, as well as user story development and business test monitoring. Viviana also served as an Analyst Senior de Procesos at AlphaCredit, where they documented BPMN Bizagi processes, acted as a Product Owner for projects Check! and Optimus, and prioritized the backlog. Earlier in their career, they were an Analyst de Calidad at Dico Telecomunicaciones S.A., where they managed the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Viviana also held the role of Asistente de Regulación at Listos S.A en misión para DIAGEO COLOMBIA S.A. In addition, they worked as a Systems Management Consultant at Quality Consultores, implementing ISO 9001:2015 and supporting the implementation of SG-SST Workplace Health and Safety Management System. Viviana began their career as an Auxiliar de Calidad at Dent Holding S.A.S and had a long tenure in that position, from October 2009 to May 2017.

Viviana Avendaño has a diverse education history. In 2012-2016, they attended UNIMINUTO Colombia, where they completed a degree in Tecnologa en Costos y Auditoria. Following this, in 2017, they obtained a certificate as an Auditora Interna Integral from TUV Rheinland.

In 2018, Viviana Avendaño graduated from UNIMINUTO Colombia with a degree in Administración de Empresas.

Continuing their educational journey, Viviana Avendaño attended the Asturias Corporación Universitaria in 2019, where they completed a diploma in Gerencia de Proyectos bajo lineamientos PMI con énfasis en PMO. Later that year, they also obtained another diploma in the same field from Instituto Europeo de Posgrado - IEP.

In 2020, Viviana Avendaño pursued additional certifications. Viviana completed a course on Design Thinking from Instituto Europeo de Posgrado - IEP. Additionally, they obtained the certifications of Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance and Introducción al Testing de Software from Udemy.

Most recently, in 2021, Viviana Avendaño attended Coderhouse, where they studied as a Product Manager, further enhancing their knowledge and skills in this field.
