Lance Stanley

Lance Stanley has worked in various accounting roles since 2008. Lance began their career as an Accounting Clerk at Proficio Services Group, then an Intern at an On-Campus Internship, followed by an Accounting Coordinator at Savage Services. In 2013, they were an Intern at Stellar Senior Living, then a Corporate Financial and Operations Analyst and Controller in 2014. From 2018 to 2021, they were Corporate Controller at Valley Behavioral Health, where they managed and hired an accounting team responsible for facilitating over $70 million annually. Lance also researched and designed new financial planning, budget and analysis software and procedures, revamped purchasing processes, coordinated annual financial statement, single, and 401K audits, and adhered to strict recording and use of funds from donations, grants, and contracts. In 2021, they were appointed VP of Accounting & Finance at Avista Senior Living.

Lance Stanley attended LDS Business College from 2008 to 2009, where they earned a 2-year Business Transfer Degree in Accounting and Business/Management. Lance then attended Brigham Young University from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a BS in Finance. Currently, they are attending Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, where they are pursuing an Executive MBA.
