Carol Moody

Carol Moody is responsible for all property accounting functions and financial reporting related to Avistone’s growing national portfolio of commercial and hotel properties.

She is a real estate accounting professional with more than 25 years as a Portfolio Controller in large real estate service companies, with a focus on financial management, accounting, and financial analysis.

Prior to joining Avistone, Carol held positions as a Portfolio Controller for Shea Properties, Insignia/ESG, and as an Accounting Manager at Bentall Development.

Carol holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
