Chance Turner

Chance Turner has a diverse work experience. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at MISource as a Technical Recruiter and later as an Account Manager. From 2012 to 2020, they joined Whitlock and held roles such as Corporate Recruiter and Director of Recruiting. During their time at Whitlock, they focused on improving the effectiveness of the recruiting team and implementing automation processes. In 2020, they joined AVI-SPL as a Regional Recruiting Manager, responsible for the western US, Texas, and Michigan regions. Currently, since 2021, Chance is the Director of Recruiting at AVI Systems.

Chance Turner attended the University of North Texas from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General.
