With a background in design and product management, Michelle has experience in leading user research, creating SOPs, and managing product strategies across various industries. Michelle founded ME Studio, where Michelle designed brands and increased revenue. Additionally, Michelle worked as a Product Manager at Perfect Home and Lead Designer at Bright Inc, focusing on digital marketing strategies and product development. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Integrated Product Design from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
