Andrey Sakharov

Andrey Sakharov is an experienced design professional with a strong background in leadership and education. Currently, Andrey serves as the Head of Design Department at Avito, overseeing a team of six designers and creating key concepts. In addition, Andrey tutors at Bang Bang Education, focusing on UI/UX skills for junior and middle designers. Previous roles include Lead Designer at Яндекс.Маркет, where Andrey concentrated on developing a Design System, and Senior Product Designer at AIC, managing over eight designers for high-profile clients. Andrey's career also features expertise in mobile application design, user research, and mentoring sessions on design and IT. Educational qualifications include an Advanced degree in UI/UX from the British Higher School of Art and Design and a Master’s Degree in Design from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
