Denis Dudorov

Denis Dudorov is an experienced professional in product management and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of Product Management Office at Авито since January 2015. In this role, Denis has focused on building scalable product organizations, enhancing product development processes, and establishing effective goal-setting and resource allocation frameworks. Prior positions at Авито include Head of OrgDev & Talent Experience and Head of Organizational Development, where Denis led initiatives in organizational design, HR automation, and employee journey mapping. Prior to Авито, Denis worked as a Management Consultant and Business Analyst at Strategy Partners Group, where efforts were concentrated on operational efficiency in large-scale construction and energy generation projects. Denis holds a Master’s degree in Management, specializing in International Business, as well as a Specialist degree in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
