Lidia Muraveva

Lidia Muraveva is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of Product and Design Recruitment at Avito since July 2020, where responsibilities include developing hiring strategies for product managers, leading a team of eight recruiters, and improving hiring processes.
