Sindre Mikal Oterhals has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sindre Mikal is currently working at Duett AS, where they started as the Head of Human Resources in August 2021 and later became the Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2023. Sindre Mikal Oterhals has a diverse education history. In 2002 to 2008, they attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) where they obtained a Master's degree in Social Psychology. In 2015, they returned to NTNU to study "How organizations work" and "Economy and value creation" without obtaining a specific degree. Additionally, in 2014, they studied "Board competence I" at BI Norwegian Business School. In 2019 to 2020, Sindre Mikal Oterhals attended the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, focusing on "Management of processes I."
