Nikita Terletskiy

Nikita Terletskiy is an experienced professional in HR technology and project management, currently serving as the Head of HR-tech PMO at Авито since August 2023. Previously, Nikita led the HR-tech Projects Department at OZON.ru, where responsibilities included building the HR-tech project office from scratch and managing automation processes. Prior roles include Head of Solutions Implementation and Support Department at PSB-Management LLC, focusing on business process optimization, and as Leading Expert of Financial Analysis and Planning at Credit Bank of Moscow. Academic credentials include a degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the Russian State Technological University named after K. E. Tsiolkovsky (MATI).
