Xenia Gavrilova

Xenia Gavrilova is a design professional with extensive experience in UI/UX design and management. Currently serving as Design Manager at Selectel since June 2018, Xenia leads a team of 14, develops design systems, and establishes best practices to ensure consistency in user experience across various platforms. Prior to this role, Xenia occupied several positions at Selectel, including Senior UX Designer, where responsibilities included creating interactive prototypes, conducting user research, and performing usability testing. Xenia also has a background in UX design for various products, beginning as a Junior UX Designer, and has experience as a UX Intern at Digital Design. Xenia holds a Master of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Metal and Jewelry Arts from Saint Petersburg University of Technology and Design.
