Michelle Pabst

Michelle Pabst is a seasoned Senior UX Designer at Aviture, with a comprehensive background in user experience and graphic design spanning over 20 years. Prior to Aviture, Michelle served as a UX/UI Product Designer at SPINS, where innovative solutions for data delivery were developed for both novice and power users. As the first UX Design hire at MSTS, Michelle successfully integrated a user-centric approach into an engineer-driven culture and tackled the challenge of modernizing legacy systems. Earlier roles include a focus on mobile applications at Sprint, leading design projects at Sagon-Phior and The Team, Inc., and graphic design work for retail at OnPoint Specialty Products. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Missouri State University and is currently furthering education at DeVry University.
