Steve Tilston

Steven Tilston currently serves as the Chief Marketplace & Data Officer at AVIV Group since December 2021. Prior to this role, Steven had an extensive tenure at Expedia Group from November 2004 to December 2021, where Steven held various senior positions, including SVP of Analytics & Data Science and SVP of Analytics & Revenue Management, overseeing a global team of over 300 professionals and leading data strategy initiatives. Steven's earlier roles at Expedia included managing lodging pricing for 750,000 properties and spearheading analytics efforts across multiple regions, contributing significantly to the company's operations and strategic direction. Before joining Expedia, Steven worked as a Senior Consultant at CVA, a specialist strategy consulting firm, and is an alumnus of the University of Oxford, graduating in 2000.
