Thomas Lefebvre

Thomas Lefebvre serves as the VP of Data & Science at AVIV Group since January 2022, specializing in economic research and data analytics within the European residential real estate market. Concurrently, Thomas has been an Enseignant vacataire at Université Paris-Dauphine since September 2016, focusing on financial aspects of real estate. Previously, Thomas held multiple positions at Meilleurs Agents from October 2010 to January 2022, including VP of Data & Science, Scientific Director, and R&D Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing data science initiatives and guiding research strategies in real estate analysis. Earlier experience includes roles at BNP Paribas Personal Finance and GE Capital as a Risk Analyst intern. Thomas holds a Doctorate in Management Sciences from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Master’s in Mathematics and Statistics from Université de Franche-Comté.
