Xuan Wang

Xuan Wang currently serves as Chief of Staff at AVIV Group, focusing on developing an advanced online real estate platform within one of the world's largest digital real estate tech companies, a subsidiary of Axel Springer. Prior to this role, Xuan worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, delivering strategic solutions across various industries including automotive and technology. Experience also includes a position as Chief of Staff for R&D and Project Manager at Volkswagen Group China, where Xuan co-led organizational transformation and managed stakeholder interfaces for the R&D division. Earlier, Xuan was an Executive Management Assistant at Audi China, supporting the CFO division. Xuan holds a Master of Science in International Business from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor's degree from the University of International Business and Economics.
