Tara Hubara

Tara Hubara has a diverse work experience. Tara began their career in 1999 as the Director of Operations at Aviv Service Today, a home appliance repair company. Under their leadership, the company grew significantly and became a local market leader. In 2010, Tara ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Franchise Owner of Menchie's Frozen Yogurt. Tara successfully managed the entire process from build-out to opening, implemented customer service best practices, and achieved a healthy cash flow before selling the franchise in 2014. In 2015, Tara worked as a Professional Organizer at Visionary Organizing, demonstrating their skills in organizing and efficiency. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Administrative Team Lead at the Best Practices Consortium Peer Group, where they played a strategic role in project management and the development of shared resources for fellow entrepreneurs.
