Michael Maidanik

Michael Maidanik is a seasoned professional in the field of software quality assurance, currently serving as Test Lead at Aviva Canada since August 2024. Michael has over two decades of experience, including founding and leading Mishka as President since September 2002, where software quality assurance services are provided. Previously, Michael held the position of Sr. QA Manager at Onlia from April 2018 to May 2024, where a QA department was established and managed. Michael's extensive experience includes roles as Senior QA Analyst at various organizations, including Greater Toronto Airports Authority, Aviva Canada, CAA South Central Ontario, ADP, Scotiabank, and BMO Capital Markets. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Central Ukrainian National Technical University, earned between September 1990 and June 1995.
