Yesenia Eduardo

Program Director, Relative Home Assessment Services & Relative Support Services at Aviva

Yesenia brings direct service experience with the California Department of Mental Health (DMH) as a Case Manager and Mental Health Services Supervisor for Transitional Age Youth.

In her current role at Aviva, Yesenia oversees contracts with the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services for services to families who care for relative children in their homes in the San Fernando Valley, Metro LA and South LA. She collaborates with additional subcontractors to fill specific needs for the population served, including support groups, tutoring support services, and emergency clothing. Yesenia continues to explore opportunities to collaborate with community partners located in South LA in hopes of expanding support services for relative caregivers.

Yesenia earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
