Asit Rath

Asit Rath is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Aviva India, leading the company since July 2022. Prior to this role, Asit served as the CEO at Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance, where Asit was responsible for setting up a tech and AI-powered Life Insurance Company in Myanmar. With a background in business and banking, Asit has held various significant roles at companies such as ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, Axis Bank Limited, and ICICI Bank. Throughout their career, Asit has demonstrated expertise in managing distribution channels, bancassurance, alliances, and credit life insurance. Asit holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Utkal University and a Master of Arts in Economics from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University.
